GulfRecover is a private luxury asset recovery dossier concept. It helps owners organise information about high-value assets such as watches, jewellery, handbags, vehicles and collectibles. GulfRecover is not an insurer, broker, law firm, police service, valuation authority, marketplace or recovery guarantee.
GulfRecover may be operated and invoiced from Spain during the MVP stage. Final legal entity, tax and postal details will be completed before paid operations or formal contracts.
Controller and contact
For MVP enquiries, GulfRecover acts as the controller for information submitted through its own website and forms. Contact requests should be sent from the same email address used in the original submission so we can verify and process correction, deletion or opt-out requests.
Information we collect
We may collect information submitted through early-access forms, such as name, company or family office, email, city, broad asset category, intended use case and product-fit notes.
Information not requested at first contact
Please do not submit passports, identity documents, bank cards, alarm codes, home addresses, safe locations, exact collection values, full insurance policy documents or other highly sensitive information through the public form. The MVP is designed to validate demand with minimal information first.
How we use information
- To review whether an early-access request fits the GulfRecover dossier concept.
- To contact the person or organisation that submitted the form.
- To understand which asset categories and dossier outputs are most useful.
- To maintain internal records, suppression lists, compliance notes and security logs.
Legal basis and consent
We process submitted information based on consent, legitimate interest in responding to requests, data minimisation and pre-contractual product-fit review where relevant. Consent can be withdrawn, but withdrawal may limit our ability to assess or respond to a request.
Sharing
GulfRecover does not publish submitted collection information as a public inventory. We do not intend to share identifiable asset-owner information with insurers, police, dealers, logistics providers or other third parties unless the owner explicitly asks for or consents to that sharing.
International transfers
Some future service providers or users may be based outside Spain or the European Economic Area, including the UAE/Gulf. We aim to share the minimum necessary information and only where there is a relevant reason and appropriate consent or legal basis.
Retention and removal
We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for review, communication, product validation, compliance, suppression and business records. To request removal or correction, contact us from the same email address used in your submission.
Security
The public site uses security controls such as hardened headers, form tokens, rate limits and scanner blocking. No public website should be treated as a vault for highly sensitive collection data; detailed asset evidence should only be handled through a purpose-built private flow once available.
