GulfRecover may be operated and invoiced from Spain during the MVP stage. Final legal entity, tax and postal details will be completed before paid operations or formal contracts.

Dossier concept

GulfRecover is a private documentation concept for luxury asset recovery readiness. It may help owners organise evidence for watches, jewellery, handbags, vehicles, art and other high-value items before loss, theft, travel, insurance, logistics, resale or provenance discussions.

No guarantee of recovery

GulfRecover does not guarantee asset recovery, insurance approval, police action, valuation acceptance, resale outcome, legal result or customs/travel treatment. A dossier can improve organisation and clarity, but it cannot replace official processes or professional advice.

Not a regulated professional service

GulfRecover is not an insurer, insurance broker, law firm, police service, private investigator, valuation authority, auction house, bank, security company or logistics provider. Any legal, insurance, valuation, customs, tax or security decision should be handled by appropriately qualified professionals.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for deciding what to store or export, and for keeping sensitive asset documentation secure. Do not upload or submit highly sensitive information through public forms unless a suitable private flow is explicitly provided.

Early access and pricing

Any free, collector or portfolio plan shown on the website is an MVP validation concept unless and until a formal checkout or written paid agreement is launched. Pricing, limits and features may change during validation.

Third-party use

A GulfRecover dossier may be used by the owner as a structured reference when speaking with insurers, police, dealers, marketplaces, logistics providers or advisers. Third parties remain responsible for their own review, verification standards and decisions.

Accuracy and availability

GulfRecover may update, pause, reject or remove any request if information is incomplete, unsuitable, risky, inaccurate or not aligned with the intended private documentation standard.

Security boundary

The public website uses security controls, but it should not be treated as a vault for full collection records, safe locations, exact valuations or identity documents. The first MVP flow is intentionally minimal until demand is validated and a stronger private product flow exists.
